James Ashton & Danny Thomas
After the great following I had from Dan’s T3 Training, and the success James was getting from his coffee business, we got our heads together and created T3 Wellbeing centre. We have been best friends for 20 years so it didn't take much thinking about.
Where we started
T3 training started on a Saturday morning at a local rugby club with myself and Danny Maun. At the beginning it was a group of friends who wanted to do some outside exercise. Danny Maun and I wanted to do something a bit different from a normal circuit so we used tyres, prowlers sledge, farmer’s walks, etc... As more people got involved we increased sessions. In 2014 I, along with a couple of friends, organised an obstacle course charity event for Kirkwood Hospice - which we called T3 Farm Challenge. We raised £4,906.26.
Where We Are Going
We are taking T3 Training into local schools to deliver the fun sessions in PE lessons as well as offering our services for after school clubs. Along with delivering the activity we will educate the children on how to live a healthy lifestyle through food, sleep and being positive. We believe at T3 if you can have a good attitude towards these things that children will live a happy life.
