Danny T 123 & Ashton met them in leeds/Ibiza 8 years later, we move to the area and start training at there gym! It took a few weeks to get me and my girlfriend into the morning classes but when Danny did he was buzzing always a smile on his face and ready to set you up for the day. If I trained in my own at random times he would help me too.

He also sorted me out with some cool kit for when I’m travelling and training around he world…. top man, top classes and top gym feliz Dias (happy days in Spanish)

I had been pestered for a while to come to a T3 training session by a friend of mine who had attended since day one with Danny Thomas in Crow Nest Park. Having been going to the gym lifting weights and doing bits of cardio since March last year I decided in the December to give it a go.

I was a little nervous as I was always told how hard the sessions were and had never done any training in classes before. On the other hand I was also told that you only do what you can and no one is comparing each other. I attended an evening session ran by Mark Barlow and from then on I immediately got the bug for it.

It was surprising how enjoyable it was as well as hard work and I knew from then on I was going to get much more out of attending these classes than doing what I had been doing at the gym. There is a good mix of all abilities at the class and I had heard this mentioned numerous times previously but this is really true. No one person is compared to the next and everyone is given the same encouragement throughout.

At the start of 2017 I decided this was the time to really go for it and commit to a change in lifestyle and some serious training. I cancelled the expensive gym membership, joined T3 for half the price and I have made great progress over the last 6 weeks with the support of the team at T3. – Richard Lawley

I have known the two lads who started T3 for a lot of years. Two young lads trying to fulfill their dreams of providing health, fitness and fun to all levels, from complete beginners to elite athletes. They are doing a very good job of it as well. I attend several times a week and it is one of the friendliest, most welcoming places to go train. If you need a kick start, these lads and their friendly staff can provide it. I am currently in the process of joining the elite parachute regiment, so knowing the exceptionally high fitness standards expected of a para I approached Danny last year. I’d heard impressive comments regarding his training etc. so I decided I’d see if he could take my fitness to the next level, I’m a very intense, highly motivated and fiercely determined person anyway so I found Danny’s training techniques and philosophy a perfect match to achieve my goals. I wanted to be pushed to my limits and beyond so I gave Danny strict instructions to put me through hell to which he duly delivered every session, and we’ve continually pushed my mental and physically boundaries to not only achieve the goals we set at the beginning but we have surpassed them to take my fitness to a level that I’ve never been at before. I’ve given blood, sweat and tears to achieve a level of fitness worthy of the parachute regiment and along with my own intense training, Danny’s personal 1 to 1 sessions have been invaluable and the key to me attaining the level of fitness I am at today. I’ve been very impressed by Danny’s training…not only is he very knowledgeable and encouraging but he also tailors sessions to suit an individual’s ability and goals. I’m well aware that I am on the extreme edge of what I required from Danny’s 1 to 1 but you don’t get what you wish for in life…you get what you work for!! You’ll never know your limits until you push yourself to them, if you want to take your fitness to a place you never dreamed possible then give Danny a ring and let him help you achieve the impossible just we have together!!!! T3 bootcamps for me are all about pushing myself and keeping active rather than been stuck in a mundane gym routine with no gains. The circuits are fantastic all over-body workouts and great cardio fitness, with a good mix of people of all ages and abilities. From the early days when Danny Thomas ran the T3 sessions in Crow’s Nest Park now to the newly established T3 Wellbeing Centre, Bradford Rd, offer great new facilities with a range of classes for all. Definitely worth checking out. – Martin Crossley

In the past I’ve joined loads of gyms with good intentions but never went for more than a month or so. I got bored, when I heard about T3 Training I was a little nervous about starting as I was really unfit and was worried about training in front of other people in the class, but when I went it was a class full of mixed age groups with mixed fitness abilities. Everyone encouraged each other to push themselves, so different to what I expected. I never expected to keep up to it, but over a year later I’m still there, that’s because each week theirs a different circuit and each class is never the same, the trainers push you to your own abilities and encourage you to do your best, I’ve never felt as positive about training but most of all I’ve never felt as fit so thanks Danny T and all the other trainers. – Kelly Aitcheson

In January 2014 I’d made a new year’s resolution…. to improve my fitness. The challenge was set! I began with Danny’s training in a school hall, then in the summer we moved to a park, then to the Wellbeing Centre. It’s been a journey, but I wanted to share some of the positives; as it’s now 14 months down the line. My fitness has vastly improved, I’ve felt tons better, and slept like a log most Monday nights. Part way through the year I had some medical physical limitations of which Danny was aware and supported me through them; mostly by Danny offering alternatives or “doing what I can manage.” The exercise schedule / sessions were adapted to suit (within my limitations.). The lighter-training sessions were attended literally within a few days prior to hospital; then back within 3 weeks. There is no doubt in my mind that my recovery was aided by improved fitness prior. I can’t recommend Danny’s sessions enough and am planning to increase to more sessions each week. Thanks Danny! – Sharon

T3 Wellbeing has totally changed my lifestyle from unhealthy living, bad habits and poor routines. It has transformed my life, given me focus and massively improved my health and fitness. The sky is the limit now. Thank you T3. – John Mallinson
